La mudanza responde al cronograma escalonado que contempla, en primer lugar, los juzgados del fuero civil y comercial y a la brevedad continuar\u00e1 con los otros fueros del distrito. <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">La Corte Suprema de justicia dispuso el traslado del fuero Civil y Comercial de Santa Fe al flamante edificio \u201cAnexo Palacio de Justicia\u201d, ubicado detr\u00e1s del hist\u00f3rico edificio de Tribunales. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">El \u201cAnexo\u201d albergar\u00e1 en el cuarto piso a los 14 Juzgados del fuero existentes en el Distrito Judicial n.\u00b0 1 \u2013 Santa Fe- . <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">En los pr\u00f3ximas d\u00edas se comenzar\u00e1 el traslado escalonado y cada unidad comenzar\u00e1 <b>su funcionamiento y atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico<\/b> en el \u201cAnexo\u201d seg\u00fan el siguiente cronograma:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Martes 29<\/b>: 1\u00b0, 2\u00b0, y 3\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Jueves 1<\/b>: 4\u00b0 y 5\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Viernes 2<\/b>: 6\u00b0 y 7\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Martes 6<\/b>: 8\u00b0, 9\u00b0, y 10\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Mi\u00e9rcoles 7<\/b>: 11\u00b0 y 12\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><b>Jueves 8:<\/b> 13\u00b0 y 14\u00b0 nominaci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><i><u><b>Destacado<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Se aclara que el traslado de las unidades jurisdiccionales del fuero civil y comercial santafesino no afectar\u00e1 su funcionamiento ni la atenci\u00f3n de profesionales y p\u00fablico. Para ello, se dispuso un programa de mudanza en horas y d\u00edas inh\u00e1biles. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Asimismo, se aclara que por el momento no se contempla ni la suspensi\u00f3n de plazos ni el corrimiento de las audiencias agendadas. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Las audiencias de \u201cOralidad\u201d se llevar\u00e1n a cabo de la siguiente manera: las agendadas en las salas habilitadas en el edificio \u201cCasa de Justicia\u201d, mientras que toda nueva audiencia, se desarrollar\u00e1 en el \u201cAnexo\u201d en las flamantes salas de oralidad civil. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\"><i><u><b>Accesos disponibles<\/b><\/u><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cambria, serif;\">Ingreso principal por Av.
