CONVENIO DE COLABORACI\u00d3N ENTRE LA CORTE SUPREMA DE <\/b><\/span><\/span>JUSTICIA DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE Y EL COLEGIO\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/span>DE INGENIEROS AGR\u00d3NOMOS DE LA\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/span>PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ratificado por Acuerdo del 13.06.2023 (Acta 18, pto. 1).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Provincia de Santa Fe, representada en este acto por su Presidente, Dr. DANIEL ERBETTA por una parte; y el Colegio de Ingenieros Agr\u00f3nomos de la Provincia de Santa Fe (CIASFE), con la representaci\u00f3n de su Presidente, el Ing. Agr. CARLOS CARBALLO, M.P. N\u00b0 82-3- 0041, por la otra parte, se acuerda celebrar el presente Convenio sujeto a las cl\u00e1usulas siguientes:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Primera<\/b><\/u>: El Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Santa Fe se compromete a poner a <\/span><\/span>disposici\u00f3n de los T\u00e9cnicos que intervengan en expedientes de tramitaci\u00f3n en los <\/span><\/span>Tribunales Provinciales, una nueva modalidad de acceso al Sistema de Autoconsulta de expedientes habilitado en los distintos Fueros del Poder Judicial de Santa Fe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Segunda<\/b><\/u>: Los T\u00e9cnicos habilitados ingresar\u00e1n al Sistema con un C\u00f3digo de Seguridad \u00danico y podr\u00e1n consultar e interactuar en la totalidad de los expedientes en los que intervienen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tercera<\/b><\/u>: El Colegio Profesional, se compromete a entregar dicho C\u00f3digo de Seguridad a cada uno de los matriculados que as\u00ed lo soliciten, siempre que se encontrar en debidamente habilitados para el ejercicio de dichas tareas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cuarta<\/b><\/u>: El Colegio Profesional, se compromete a entregar al Poder Judicial, los datos de sus matriculados habilitados y sus actualizaciones, informando las novedades relacionadas con altas, bajas o modificaciones, conforme los requerimientos que a tal fin disponga la Secretar\u00eda de Inform\u00e1tica de este Poder Judicial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

En prueba de conformidad, se firman dos (2) ejemplares de un mismo tenor y a un solo fin, en la ciudad de Santa Fe, a los 31 d\u00edas del mes de mayo del a\u00f1o 2023<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
