{"id":40991,"date":"2024-05-23T14:28:57","date_gmt":"2024-05-23T17:28:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/?page_id=40991"},"modified":"2026-03-31T09:40:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:40:05","slug":"autorizacion-de-viaje-dentro-del-territorio-argentino","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/index.php\/poder-judicial\/informacion-general\/oficina-de-certificaciones\/autorizacion-de-viaje-dentro-del-territorio-argentino\/","title":{"rendered":"AUTORIZACION DE VIAJE DENTRO DEL TERRITORIO ARGENTINO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>AUTORIZACION DE VIAJE DENTRO DEL TERRITORIO ARGENTINO (NO PRESENCIAL):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>La autorizaci\u00f3n debe ser otorgada por al menos un representante legal.<br \/>\nDebe concurrir\u00a0al menos un \u00a0representante legal, munido de su DNI, y acreditar dicha representaci\u00f3n legal mediante Libreta de Matrimonio, Partida de Nacimiento, Acta de Nacimiento, Certificado de Nacimiento, Certificado de Nacionalidad, Testimonio judicial de adopci\u00f3n u otro instrumento p\u00fablico que d\u00e9 plena fe del v\u00ednculo invocado. El v\u00ednculo tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 ser acreditado mediante la verificaci\u00f3n del documento nacional de identidad del menor, siempre que \u00e9ste contenga el nombre de sus representantes legales.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><u><br \/>\nREQUISITOS<\/u><\/strong>:<br \/>\n1) DNI del menor original y vigente (verificar previamente la vigencia del DNI: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/interior\/renaper\/dni\/consultar-renovacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.argentina.gob.ar\/interior\/renaper\/dni\/consultar-renovacion<\/a> )<br \/>\n2) DNI y presencia del representante legal que autorice.<br \/>\n3) En caso de que el menor a\u00fan no haya cumplido los 13 a\u00f1os de edad, debe declararse, como m\u00ednimo, un acompa\u00f1ante mayor de edad, manifestando apellido y nombre completo y n\u00famero de DNI del mismo; o bien utilizar el servicio del menor no acompa\u00f1ado.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><u><br \/>\nCOMO SE REALIZA EL TRAMITE DE AUTORIZACI\u00d3N DE VIAJE DENTRO DEL PA\u00cdS:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nCon la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, se debe presentar en la Oficina de Certificaciones, en el horario de 7.15 a 12.45 y de 14.15 a 19.45 (Santa Fe y Rosario) donde se completa el formulario, se abonan $13.000 y concluye el tr\u00e1mite.<\/div>\n<div>.-<strong>*Asimismo se informa que el servicio que se presta en la oficina es el \u00a0de AUTORIZACIONES NO PRESENCIALES; esto es cuando NO puede por alg\u00fan motivo realizarlo de manera PRESENCIAL Y GRATUITA en las BOLETERIAS\u00a0de las respectivas Empresas de Transporte.<\/strong><br \/>\n<em><strong>*El transporte en autom\u00f3vil particular (ben\u00e9volo) no entra en los supuestos que se requiera este tipo de autorizaciones, s\u00f3lo esta contemplado para transporte interjurisdiccional de pasajeros.
