{"id":68336,"date":"2026-05-28T10:13:26","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T13:13:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/?page_id=68336"},"modified":"2026-08-27T09:15:34","modified_gmt":"2026-08-27T12:15:34","slug":"cuerpo-medico-de-peritos-especializados","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/index.php\/poder-judicial\/institucional\/cuerpo-medico-de-peritos-especializados\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuerpo M\u00e9dico de Peritos Especializados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%; color: #000000;\">Esta nueva estructura judicial tiene por objeto prestar auxilio a los \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales de la justicia del fuero laboral, contribuyendo a establecer un flujo adecuado de trabajo ante nuevos requerimientos originados en el marco de la Ley N.\u00b0 24557 (Ley de Riesgos de Trabajo) y su hom\u00f3nima provincial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%; color: #000000;\">El cuerpo M\u00e9dico de Peritos Especializados est\u00e1 compuesto por tres m\u00e9dicos especialistas en la materia, quienes tienen asiento en la ciudad de Rosario, y prestan funciones en todas las sedes del mapa judicial santafesino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%; color: #000000;\"> Intervienen en la determinaci\u00f3n de enfermedades y accidentes laborales. ACTA NRO. 13 del 28.04.2026<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">ACTA POR LA QUE SE DISPONE QUE HASTA TANTO SE CUENTE CON LA TOTALIDAD DE LOS CARGOS PREVISTOS POR LA NORMATIVA LEGAL AQU\u00cd CONSIDERADA, LOS MAGISTRADOS CON COMPETENCIA EN MATERIA LABORAL EN LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE, DEBER\u00c1N CONTINUAR SORTEANDO PERITOS DE LA LISTA DE NOMBRAMIENTO DE OFICIO APROBADA POR ESTA CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA PARA LA REALIZACI\u00d3N DE PERICIAS VINCULADAS CON LAS LEYES NACIONALES 24.557 Y 27.348, Y QUE NUESTRA PROVINCIA ADHIRIERA POR LEY 14.003.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/CSJSF.ACTA-NRO.14-del-07.05.2026-1.pdf\" target=\"\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-68595\">CSJSF.ACTA NRO.14 del 07.05.2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 100%; color: #000000;\">ACTA &#8211; ACUERDO <strong>por la que se dispone la creaci\u00f3n de dos nuevos rubros en la foja Cero de todos los Juzgados de Primera Instancia de Distrito en lo laboral; y en lo Civil, Comercial y Laboral de la provincia de Santa Fe denominados: \u201cAccidentes de Trabajo \u2013 Procedimiento Abreviado\u201d y \u201cEnfermedades de Trabajo \u2013 Procedimiento Abreviado\u201d; a la vez que deban ser incorporados los mismos a las respectivas fojas Cero, todas las pericias que deban efectuarse en los juicios tipificados bajo la nueva denominaci\u00f3n \u201cAccidentes de Trabajo \u2013 Procedimiento Abreviado\u201d, y en los que se le reconociera al trabajador una incapacidad, sean materializadas en forma exclusiva por el Cuerpo de Peritos M\u00e9dicos Especializado de este Poder Judicial. Por \u00faltimo, la decisi\u00f3n aqu\u00ed adoptada ser\u00e1 operativa \u00fanicamente para el Fuero Laboral de Distrito de la ciudad de Rosario, sin perjuicio de ampliar la misma a los restantes juzgados con competencia en la materia de la provincia.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.justiciasantafe.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/INTERVENCION-OBLIGATORIA-EN-PROCESOS-DETERMINADOS.-FOJA-CERO-NUEVA-TIPIFICACION.pdf\" target=\"\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-73333\">INTERVENCI\u00d3N OBLIGATORIA EN PROCESOS DETERMINADOS.
